- As a courtesy, we will process your insurance claim, estimate your deductible and determine the amount not covered by your insurance.
- Any amount not covered by insurance is due at the time of services.
- If your insurance pays you directly, we request that you pay the entire balance at the time of service.
- We accept all major credit cards.
- Monthly payment plans are available.
- Extended payments are available upon special request, with approved credit.
- A down payment is required for major treatments and treatment involving lab procedures.
